A representative of Tala is shown in the photo above. We use no molds for our figures. We handsculpt each face, one at a time, which means each face is slightly different and will not look exactly like the face in the photo. This is what makes each handmade doll unique.

Tala comes with a solid pine seat.

Tala, with her bag of painting supplies hanging from one arm, hikes for miles across meadows and through forests, eager to paint some of the most beautiful, and remote, parts of the land. Tala is an artist! She takes delight in painting every part of the untouched nature around her home - from the grandest mountains to the simplest mossy creeks.

Tala is 9" inches tall, from the bottom of her boots to the top of her head (not her hat!). She is wearing a yarn-dyed cotton flannel skirt, with handstitched patches. She has cotton velveteen leggings, and a linen-cotton blouse. Around her neck is a glass drop. Her hat is made from cotton velveteen and her woven shawl is yarn-dyed flannel. Her boots are ultrasuede, now partially made with plant material. From one arm hangs her bag (colorgrown organic cotton), which is filled with her painting supplies and work.

We hand sculpt Tala's face using bamboo felt over clay. Her eyes are handblown/handpainted German glass. Her hair is made from natural flax fiber. She is stuffed with a combination of recycled glass pellets and organic cotton stuffing. She comes with a solid pine seat. Her arms are wired. All of our dolls are 100% vegan.

Please read, important ... the Tala shown in the image above is not the exact Tala doll you will get. This is similar to the small men elf dolls. We've included this image to show how all of the faces differ, somewhat, because we hand sculpt them individually, using no molds. We do not photograph the faces individually, as we do with the large lady dolls. We hope that you will enjoy the unique, one-of-a-kind, personality of your Tala!

Credits cards are processed by PayPal; you do not need to have a PayPal account. At checkout, if you chose the Payment by Credit Card option your credit card information is collected on our secure shopping card site, and we process the credit card using PayPal.
At checkout, if you chose the Payment by Paypal option, PayPal collects your credit card information DIRECTLY from you on their secure PayPal site; we do not receive any of your credit card information. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use either option.

Refund Policy A full refund is given, minus the shipping cost, if the item is returned within 2 weeks of receipt.
