A representative of Agnar is shown in the photo above. We use no molds for our figures. Each face is handsculpted, one at a time, which means each face is slightly different and will not look exactly like the face in the photo. This is what makes each handmade doll unique.

Agnar is a born woodsman! He knows every inch of the rich forest that surrounds his cabin, for miles around … especially where to find the best oak for firewood. The crackling fire in his hearth is never quiet for want of wood, for if Agnar is not gathering logs and kindling in the forest, he is splitting logs behind his cabin. His neighbors’ hearths will never grow cold as well, with Agnar nearby!
New for 2024. Agnar is 14" tall (12" when seated), as measured from the top of his head (not the top of his hat) to the bottom of his boots. Agnar's warm tunic is made of brown houndstooth yarn-dyed cotton flannel. His sleeves are yarn-dyed cotton and his hat is a warm organic cotton fleece, topped with an organic cotton yarn tassel. His boots are ultrasuede (now 30% plant-based), as is his belt, from which hangs a brass pinecone.
Agnar carries his log tote, which is made from an eco-friendly faux leather fabric called Pinatex. This beautiful material is sustainably made from pineapple fiber! It has vintage woven Swedish cotton trim handles and a small glass bead. (Please note that all natural materials such as cones, bark or sticks, are high-heat dried prior to use)
Agnar's face is bamboo felt. His eyes are hand blown, hand painted German glass. His beard is handmade from natural flax fiber (grey). He is stuffed with a combination of glass pellets and organic cotton stuffing. His arms are wired and his head turns.
All of our figures are 100% vegan. Agnar comes with a solid cedar seat (shown below), and a Legend of the Nisse story tag.
